You will be ready to start your business within twelve (12) weeks following the signing of the Franchise Agreement and payment of all fees.

Your exclusive territory is created by identifying a zip coded area which is made up of 4,000 to 5,000 businesses employing over 10 people.
Will I need an office location in my territory?
This franchise opportunity can be a home-based business. Workplace Essentials has strategic centralized waste processing facilities that you will utilize in your service operation.
Do I need my own service vehicle?
Initially you will have the option of renting a Workplace Essentials customized service vehicle on a daily basis. Within your first twelve (12) months you are required to participate in our vehicle leasing program and obtain your own custom vehicle.
Who are my potential clients?
Any business in your exclusive territory that has restrooms for employees, customers or the public would be a prospective customer. Workplace Essentials has been operating in the New England and Mid Atlantic states since 1988 and has a vast and diversified customer base. Many exisiting clients have branch locations in your area and would be prime targets for your Workplace Essentials restroom services business.
